I should have left to-day but add some days to please the family.

Yesterday saw Paul Goetzl, again Pres. of Steyr, 8000 workers, the largest Aust. enterprise. In real despair, no competent help, much obstruction, a devisen komission of 64 members (!), has lost the Pichlgut, etc. Would emigrate anywhere if 10 years younger etc. His brother is still in Engl. but is moving to Australia. Then talk with Schams who asked many questions; but is clear too that he has only the vaguest idea about games, utility measurement etc. He may dig a little deeper but I doubt that it will amount to very much. Then I saw Schima who still has the habit of almost sitting on ones lap. It was decided that he should talk to Gruber because of Gerh. Haberler because he knows him & I dont. He is annoyed that Gottfried asks his friends here to do something instead of coming himself.

After lunch at Regina went to the PX & brought lots of things home. Also saw Marget briefly.
